An introduction...

“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.”

— Desmond Tutu

Hello, my name is Kelsey...

Starting or changing therapy can be challenging and can ignite many different emotions. You have already taken a brave step by looking into your options…

Throughout the therapeutic relationship, I like to assess specific needs and goals that are important to my clients as we progress forward. Therefore, strategies and theories of practice are varied and catered to each session. Whether working with individuals, couples, groups, or families, I typically like to begin with processing through individual childhood traumas and/or relationships that are contributing to a present suffering.

Through the areas of psychoanalysis, attachment theories, behavioral theories, narrative therapy, and more, it is the goal that clients experience an alleviation of distress in their relationships with their partners and families, and in their relationships with themselves.
